By accessing or using the Kabul Pro dashboard and automation services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease using the Service immediately.

2. Description of Service

Kabul Pro is a software tool designed to help users automate responses to comments and messages on social media platforms including, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and YouTube. We provide the dashboard and logic; you provide the connection to your social accounts via API tokens.

3. Platform Compliance & Third-Party APIs

Our Service relies on the public APIs provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram, Threads) and Google LLC (YouTube).

• No Affiliation: Kabul Pro is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or Google.
• Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for complying with the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Developer Policies of the platforms you connect.
• API Changes: We are not liable if a third-party platform changes its API, revokes your access, or if our Service stops working due to external platform updates.

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited marketing, or repetitive content.
• Post harassment, hate speech, or illegal content.
• Violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.

We reserve the right to terminate your access immediately if we detect abusive usage patterns.

6. Subscription & Payments

• Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in cases of technical failure that we cannot resolve.

7. Data & Privacy

We respect your data. Your API tokens (Access Tokens) are stored in your secure database instance and are used solely to execute the automation tasks you configure. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
